I cannot believe how many different “raw food” diets there are, vegan diets, vegetarian…. f-something-ism….. I forgot what it’s called. Something about rare meat eating. Then there is cabbage diets and low-fat, low-carb, blah blah.
Well first and foremost – I am utterly against what is considered “low-fat” and “low-carb” as it is the most ridiculous epidemic to hit the nation. Processed foods still have the same crap (sometimes even more, aka Splenda) as “regular” foods. And low carbs?! What a waste of time. Carbs are great, you just should not eat a large baked potato and a cup of canned corn with an 8oz steak. That is the problem! A large bowl of pasta with a jarred sugary tomato sauce and 20% fat beef with 3 slices of garlic bread. My guess the issue ISN’T the carbs alone…..
Done ranting about that – sorry…
I am starting with this “soup diet” which is kinda similar to the cabbage soup diet. I am trying to be healthy…. And lose weight at the same time. In the past, they have never gone hand-in-hand and I don’t wan to become anorexic again and I feel like I may lose that battle and fall back into my old habits….
Ugh – I will figure it out. I can always use some advice or help.
